Install Estimator

LaForce is looking for a motivated Install Estimator to help support the Tampa, FL market - right from our Green Bay, WI office. In this role you will be responsible for calculating, preparing, and coordinating installation labor costs based on location, scope, and scale of projects. What You'll Do:

As an Install Estimator, you'll be putting together successful project bids-analyzing project specifications and documents, calculating costs, and helping turn construction plans into real, on-the-ground results.

Your day will include:

• Reading project documents to understand materials, timelines, and labor needs.
• Estimating installation labor costs for doors, frames, hardware, and building specialties.
• Collaborating with subcontractors and vendors for quotes.
• Reviewing code discrepancies and suggesting alternate bid strategies.
• Working directly with sales, install managers, and project teams.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision, combined with strong communication skills across email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate can manage multiple deadlines and projects while thriving as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a willingness to work onsite and maintain consistent, punctual attendance is essential. Construction experience is a plus - but not required. We'll train the right person who's willing to learn!
