Summary

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be developing products using cutting edge technologies as part of a large modernization effort that has significant industry focus. You will be an integral component of a team of passionate and enthusiastic IT professionals, and have tremendous opportunities to contribute to Karsun's growing portfolio. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development, integration with different systems, software release management, and operations.

This is a Short Term Surge Project ending in June 2026.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for designing, developing and operating products in Cloud platform for enterprise-wide use. These products include modern enterprise applications accessible and responsive via any device (web/mobile).
• Develop quality products using industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience
• Backend: JAXB, SOAP Web Services, Spring (Core, Security), Hibernate, Jakarta Servlets
• Frontend/Integration: Full stack development with secure web applications and service integrations using Angular, Prime faces, JSF
• Reporting: Jasper Reports, PDF generation & conversion (Jasper PDFBox)
• Other Strengths: RDBMS expertise, ORM, and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with or exposure to Cloud, DevSecOps and CI/CD tools such as Ansible and Jenkins

Salary Range

The proposed salary range for this role is $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Karsun considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
