Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, leading all aspects of the Volunteer Services and Guest Services departments at Baptist Health Lexington.
• Serves as the liaison to the Hospital Auxiliary.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with volunteer services staff, volunteers, associated church groups, hospital staff and assures that the volunteer services program is a positive reflection to patients, the publicand to the communities of Baptist Health Lexington.
• Provides effective leadership for all aspects of guest services operations and staff including the information desks, PBX operators, Valet, and Gift shop operations.
• Ensures teams provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting the standards outlined by Baptist Health Lexington.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years related experience
