Work Location: 701 East Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department. Function: The Director of Investment Services leads the strategic direction, development and execution of sales and service with investment products. Oversees client advisory and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Manages all aspects of the Investment Services division, including but not limited to the following:
Develop and execute the division's business plans and strategic planning. Monitors various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and activity and provides guidance for progress to goals. Represents the bank through civic involvement, which may lead to retaining existing business and developing new business. Coaches across all business lines around the features and benefits of investment services. Cultivates and maintains relationships with external referral sources such as accountants, attorneys, and social acquaintances. Brand ambassador for Investment Services across the bank with all bank employees and externally at industry events and conferences.. Possess the ability to work independently. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and is motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and organization. Possesses excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Chairs Due Diligence Committee for NDIP products and service annually Works with Ameriprise and S&T Banks compliance departments to oversee:
Assumes additional responsibilities as required. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 40% of the day. Traveling to alternate work locations is required 75% of the time with expected overnight stays approximately 25% of the time. Routinely lifts 5 lbs., 2-3 times per day. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work and travel.
