Talent Acquisition and Workforce Specialist

As our Talent Acquisition and Workforce Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our employees and helping us grow strong teams. You'll manage a large recruitment workload while building meaningful relationships across the organization.

* Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

* Support preboarding to create a seamless new hire experience.

* Develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

* Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver hiring results.

* Conduct HR file audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

* Support employee relations, benefits, leave management, and engagement initiatives.

* Promote our culture and values through everything you do.

* 3-7 years of HR and/or recruiting experience (or strong skills and potential).

* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

* Tech-savvy and adaptable with HR/recruitment systems.

* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
