Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness including amount, rate, term, vehicle descriptions, signatures and approvals. * Discount loans for booking. Compare amount financed to Dealer contract terms and calculate the loan amount financed when there is a difference in the loan approval terms. This includes amount financed, term and interest rate. * Book and fund loans. * Reconcile daily loans that are booked and funded to be in proof prior to submitting ACH funding file. * Resolve customer account issues. * Enters loan documentation into Harland, Dealer Track and Route One systems and follow up with auto dealerships for missing or corrected documents. * Ensure that loan officers' approval and conditions have been met. * Review underwriting exceptions with the Underwriting staff and resolve prior to booking loans. * Performs quality control of loans booked to ensure accuracy of set-ups in Miser and Smart Search. Ensure customer information has transferred from Harland system and that loan is booked and funded. | |
