Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a remote Project Manager to join it's hospitality team. The Project Manager is responsible for deploying security upgrades and hospitality solutions within our customer base. They will own strategic and enterprise projects from an end-to-end perspective and will be responsible for other business initiatives that would enable revenue opportunities.

Please note: This is a temporary role with an anticipated duration of 2-3 years. While this role is project-based, there may be potential for extension or transition depending on company needs.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $90,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and ensure a best-in-class customer experience
• Oversee the day-to-day activities on current, future and strategical customer projects from a Hardware/Software perspective
• Monitor and track project progress
• Manage relationship between customer, stakeholders and key accounts
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on all customer-facing projects

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Business-to-business (B2B), Customer Success and 3+ years managing a team of 10-20 remote, or onsite including, Coordinators and Administrators
• Ability to travel 10% within North America
• Experience in the Hospitality Business and/ or Customer Experience/Service background
