Stout's Transformation team aims to accelerate the firm's adoption of Technology (particularly AI) and Global Delivery to achieve our growth goals. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager to lead and support key transformation initiatives, providing structure and developing processes as we move from experimentation to scale. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex programs/projects in a consulting or internal transformation role; be comfortable with ambiguity and able to flex between details and the big picture; and have a keen interest and proficiency in new technology (especially Gen AI).
