Stout's Transformation team aims to accelerate the firm's adoption of Technology (particularly AI) and Global Delivery to achieve our growth goals.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager to lead and support key transformation initiatives, providing structure and developing processes as we move from experimentation to scale.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex programs/projects in a consulting or internal transformation role; be comfortable with ambiguity and able to flex between details and the big picture; and have a keen interest and proficiency in new technology (especially Gen AI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop intake and governance processes for portfolio of transformation initiatives

• Provide hands-on program/project management support for key initiatives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of desired business outcomes. This will include drafting detailed project plans, and monitoring/reporting progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Lead/support standardization initiatives - developing process maps, SOPs, and templates.

• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and partners; support ideation workshops and strategic planning sessions.

• Coordinate with Global Delivery partners, technology vendors, and Stout colleagues to manage operational aspects such as contracts, onboarding, invoicing, and KPI reporting/analytics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience in program/project management roles.

• Proven expertise in program/project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and consultative skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build trust and influence with stakeholders.

• Desirable: exposure to Professional Services industry; experience in change management.
