As the Talent Acquisition Partner , you'll lead all national corporate recruiting efforts while serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders. Partnering closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other senior stakeholders, you'll anticipate future workforce needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver top-tier talent in a highly competitive market. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for office-based positions across engineering, project management, finance, IT, HR, and other corporate functions. By blending hands-on recruiting expertise with strategic insight, you'll leverage market data and talent intelligence to inform decisions and position DN to attract and retain the best people.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all corporate functions, from intake to offer acceptance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, advising on workforce trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring strategies.
  • Build and execute innovative sourcing plans to proactively attract top talent.
  • Influence and guide stakeholders at all levels, using data and insights to support recommendations.
  • Cultivate strong candidate pipelines for critical, high-impact roles.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and continuously improve processes.
  • Represent DN's employer brand and values in every candidate and stakeholder interaction.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in an in-house role.
  • Previous exposure to construction, engineering, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing recruitment for diverse corporate functions.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at leveraging data and market insights to shape recruiting strategies.
  • Experience developing creative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
