Molding Technician- 2nd shift

• OT as needed on Fridays

• Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date)

• Select appropriate log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application.
• Release formed log from mold checking for quality.
• Maintain proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank.
• Use paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlight logs with paint creating a genuine wood appearance.
• Clean and maintain log machine/mixer and molds daily.
• Perform box-out and packaging process as needed.
• Flexible rotating into other production lines as required for regular rotation or as needed.
• Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation.
• Willing and able to wear proper PPE as required such as dust mask, wet boots, gloves, and sleeves.

• Working in a repetitive, fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
