Location:Lee Health -2776 Cleveland AveFort Myers FL 33901 Department: Marketing Comm Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:30:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$33.36 - $43.36 / hour SummaryThe primary responsibilities associated with this position are to promote all employed physicians and their services to the communities that they serve in an effort to positively impact patient volume, downstream revenue and the Lee Memorial Health System's community image. This position should strive to establish and promote Lee Physician Group as a part of the Lee Memorial Health System brand family. Act as a liaison between the marketing department and the physician services group. In collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, Physician Services and staff and under the direction of the System Director, Marketing and Communications develop marketing strategies and tactics for the physician group, individual physicians and their services in support of the Lee Memorial Health System marketing plan. Duties also include ongoing communications to manage expectations, provide updates, and track projects from initial request to completion. Coordinate marketing efforts with marketing department and others to guarantee final product follows required guidelines, meets strategic goals and is completed within designated timeframe. Coordinate events with Press and Public Affairs/Community Affairs and keep them abreast of initiatives that may warrant interest to their constituencies. Develop and maintain competitive analysis for physician group as a whole and individual physician categories. Experience in marketing, communication, marketing/advertising production management, and campaign development is required. Knowledge of market conditions and health care industry trends that may affect the outcomes of marketing products and services is needed. Must maintain a current knowledgebase of local, regional and national marketing trends and use such knowledge to provide informed opinions on concepts. Ability to develop and implement strategies that will promote the services of the physician group and support specific marketing tactics, build market share and customer loyalty. Serve on designated multi-disciplinary committees for accomplishing physician goals. Requirements Educational Requirements
