Tableau Administrator Springfield, VA Pay From: $130,000 per year MUST: Experienced Tableau Administrator Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility 5+ years minimum of relevant experience Extensive experience with Tableau (dashboard creation, maintenance, integrating new/existing data sources) Experience integrating Tableau with JIRA or similar Agile/status tracking systems Strong skills in report development, data modeling, and dashboard design Experience with SQL, relational databases, normalization, and data modeling Exposure to system administration, performance optimization, and architecture in enterprise settings Familiarity with SAFe Agile, Release Train Management constructs (Solution Epics, Capabilities, Features, etc.) Experience supporting or interfacing with the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) is preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating data/visuals into narratives for leadership Ability to operate at multiple levels (technical, programmatic, executive) and adapt to shifting priorities Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience DUTIES: Ensure completeness and compliance of fields in each Tableau view in line with established policy and procedures Track, document, and follow through on corrective actions; notify government stakeholders of delinquent actions Develop and evolve Tableau dashboards to support multiple release trains, program cadence, and agency-level reporting Collaborate with management and RTM teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across reports Produce schedule graphics and integrated visuals to support briefing materials for executives and oversight bodies Optimize the operation, resource usage, and architecture of Tableau environments Provide operational support, user assistance, and system administration for Tableau and related systems Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and recommend upgrades or fixes as needed Support data integration, schema design, and maintain relationships with data owners (As needed) Liaise with Government staff, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align reporting, metrics, and program objectives Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
