Location: Rocklin, California Position Summary The Data Analyst will serve as a key contributor to the IT department, supporting enterprise application implementations, managing Forgen's application role security, and business analytics reporting. This role blends ITIL 4-aligned responsibilities-acting as a Process Manager to oversee data lifecycle execution and team coordination, a Process Practitioner to perform ETL, reporting, and data quality tasks, and a Service Level Manager to ensure dashboards and reports meet defined SLAs. The analyst will lead data readiness efforts for new application deployments, manage reporting enablement, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure, accurate, and value-driven data services across the organization. Physical Demands & Work Environment This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
