A Test Engineer job opportunity is open with our client in Hudson, NH. In this role you will lead advanced debug and validation efforts for Intel-based server motherboards. This highly technical role calls for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in hardware-level diagnostics, as well as the vision to drive process improvement and test strategy innovation across teams. To be considered for this role you will have 5-10 years" experience and a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Test Engineer Job Duties
*Technical role calls for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in hardware-level diagnostics, as well as the vision to drive process improvement and test strategy innovation across teams.
* Lead root-cause analysis and complex debug activities on Intel server motherboard platforms.
*Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation scripts.
*Collaborate with design, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve first-pass yields.
*Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency and reliability through automation, tool development, or workflow optimization.
*Mentor junior engineers and set quality standards in test methodology and execution.

Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience
* BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
*5-10 years of experience - Debug Intel Processor Boards Server Architecture Experience
* Strong expertise in Intel architecture, server platform features, and debug tools (e.g., ITP, JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes).
* Proven experience in developing and implementing robust validation plans
* Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) for automation.
* Experience with manufacturing test flows or high-volume production environments
* Knowledge of quality systems, reliability analysis, or Six Sigma processes.

Must Have:
* Production experience
* Debug knowledge
* Knowledge of Digital interfaces
