• Excellent communication skills to comprehend and follow directions, policies, procedures and guidelines
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
  
• Requires specific technical training and certification.

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Task Lead in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Component Repair & Replacement Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Typical projects include but are not limited to: IDTB repairs, Half Nozzle Repairs, Pressurizer Heater Replacements, Reactor Head Replacements, Thermal Sleeve Removal/Replacement, Steam Generator Replacements, Cavitation Peening.
• Conducting routine and non-routine tasks, operates specialized equipment, takes measurements, extracts and compiles data regarding equipment and process performance; collates data on task and outage performance.
• Develops maintenance procedures, problem reports, field schedules, and task close out reports, as needed.
• Participates in planning and executing projects; assists in preparation of proposal and procurement documents.
• May provide input to training materials and may conduct training, as needed.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $42.40 - $55.50 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
