Position Description: The Agape program has been serving individuals with HIV/AIDS since the 1990s. Agape's meaning is "pure love." We are searching for a Team Leader who has a passion for supporting people living with HIV/AIDS. Oversee a team of case managers, housing specialists, and peer support. At the core of our services is non-medical case management. Work closely with clients to evaluate the whole person and to ensure that their basic needs are met, including access to a food pantry, served meals, a personal closet, and coordinate their infectious disease care. The Team Leader represents the program at internal and external meetings. Oversee daily operations, compile reports, and coordinate our World AIDS Day event. Education and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years relevant experienceDegree preferred.Experience can be substituted.Must have demonstrated case management skills and experience; emergency intervention methods, family dynamics, health, mental health and substance abuse systems; and knowledge of community resources.Bilingual highly preferred.Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
