Employment Status: Full or Part Time S easonal Wage Range: $15.00 to $20.00 Minimum Age: 17 Background Check Required: No Driver Verification Required: No Position Summary : The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent meal service. The Line Cook maintains a clean and organized workstation, adheres to food safety standards, and contributes to a positive kitchen culture. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities :
Specific Job Skills : License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification is preferred Technical - Knife skills Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently up to 50lbs occasionally. Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards. Additional - None Education/Related Experience : Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication Minimum time in a related position - Previous Line Cooking experience preferred |
