DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position prepares and maintains Agency purchase of service agreements and independent contractor contracts; assuring accuracy of provider rates and obtaining all required supporting documentation initially and ongoing. Work involves monitoring of purchased provider clearances and insurance. You will have the opportunity for written and verbal communication with stakeholders. This professional completes contract monitoring duties for all Agency contracts, including analyzation and data entry of provider progress notes, encounter forms and purchased provider site visits; in order to evidence services and ensure compliance. Work involves data entry of necessary program and fiscal related information into Agency's data collection system and maintains data in system, as needed. This position will be cross-trained with our other fiscal staff and perform related fiscal duties as back-up or overflow. This position will complete and submit reports and forms, prepare fiscal reports for the Administrator and Fiscal Officer and perform related work as required. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience performing bookkeeping or clerical accounting work; or
- An associate degree in accounting or business administration including or supplemented by 6 credits in accounting; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
