Role Overview The ECM Change team is seeking a motivated individual to support our Configuration Management efforts. The applicant will ensure our business systems provide the proper configuration management of engineering change products for new ship designs, ship construction and ship life cycle management. Applicant will interact with other departments including Engineering, Planning, Materials, Design, Program Office, IPDE and the Supervisor of Ship Building. The majority of the applicant's tasking will include performing qualitative reviews of engineering change products (Change Notices and Change Requests), ensuring compliance with all requirements prior to release. This will require familiarity with invoked requirements, computer literacy and attention to detail to be successful. Key Responsibilities
Review Change Requests/Change Notices to ensure compliance with all requirements prior to release
Overtime may be required to support program deadlines and incentive initiatives. This posting is open for either first or second shift. Weekend shifts are required on a rotation basis. Qualifications Required
