Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Provider Resources is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board, providing financial leadership that drives growth, operational excellence,and long-term value creation. Reporting directly to the CEO, Alex Ginsberg, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping company strategy, influencing key decisions, and ensuring the financial health and scalability of the organization. This is a unique opportunity to architect the finance function of a dynamic, private equity-backed healthcare company at a critical inflection point. The CFO will be responsible for building robust financial systems, driving disciplined execution, and supporting PRI's mission to deliver high-impact solutions to the healthcare community. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, operational rigor, and hands-on leadership to maximize enterprise value and support PRI's continued expansion. Role and Responsibilities * Serve as a strategic and analytical thought partner to the CEO, management team, and Board, contributing to strategic planning, growth initiatives, and key business decisions. * Proficiency across all areas of FP and A, accounting, sales operations, and treasury: annual operating plan, financial statement preparation, pricing and renewals approach, debt reporting and cash management, and investments. * Drive financial and operational excellence through disciplined forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement, including the development of robust KPIs and dashboards. * Architect scalable financial systems, infrastructure, and processes that enable growth, cost-efficiency, and financial discipline. * Partner with leaders across the business to ensure strong financial planning, resource allocation, and business alignment. * Provide financial leadership for capital allocation, investment strategy, M and A evaluation, and integration efforts. * Manage the budgeting process and partner with department leaders to enhance financial literacy and ownership across the organization. * Continuously improve the finance function's capabilities, fostering a high-performing, inclusive team that supports strategic objectives and business transformation. * Build and develops strong, high performing finance teams: provides transparent, timely feedback/coaching; recruits and retains 'A' players; addresses talent gaps for the road ahead. * Uphold the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility, ensuring the stewardship and safeguarding of company assets, compliance with all legal and ethical obligations, and the alignment of financial practices with the best interests of stakeholders. * Ensure the complete accuracy of company metrics as presented to the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. Professional Qualifications * Proven experience as CFO or #2 finance executive in a private-equity backed healthcare administrative services or adjacent business in the $50-$100M+ range. * Demonstrated track record of scaling a high-growth, PE-backed company, with deep understanding of value creation beyond a "growth at all costs" mindset. * Strategically-oriented and collaborative business partner, with a strong grasp of key business drivers and the ability to engage cross-functional teams in the financial mechanics of the company. * Deep operational finance acumen, with hands-on experience building finance teams, scalable systems, and best-practice processes to support sustained growth. * Strong FP and A and financial reporting expertise, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgeting, accounting, cash flow, and working capital with discipline and creativity. * Experience leading or supporting strategic transactions including recapitalizations and M and A; capable of managing financial diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration. * Has prepared a business for a range of potential exit outcomes; ideally has led or played a critical role in a successful exit process from the #1 or #2 seat. * Effective at leading company-wide strategic planning (e.g., 3- and 5-year models), ensuring visibility and alignment on financial targets and forecasts across the business. * Metrics- and data-driven; able to distill complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy and drive performance. * Proven leader and team builder, known for hiring, developing, and retaining top finance talent in fast-paced, scaling environments. * Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, earn trust quickly, and drive alignment.
