Assembler II, Light Guides

Location: Charlton, MA

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm

Join our team in building high-quality endoscope imaging systems that make a difference in medical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble intricate optical and mechanical components with precision
  • Clean and inspect parts using hand tools and ultrasonic baths
  • Load/unload ovens and follow detailed assembly procedures
  • Meet productivity and quality standards within assigned timeframes
  • Participate in training and cross-train across value streams
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate work status daily
  • Support a flexible work environment and uphold safety and quality protocols

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in precision medical product assembly preferred
  • Proficient in multiple sub-assembly tasks and machinery operation
  • Able to read and follow SOPs, assembly drawings, and procedures
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with microscopes, adhesives, solvents, and small tools
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime and adapt to changing tasks

Work Environment & Safety

  • Adhere to ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA Quality System Regulation
  • Handle chemicals and adhesives safely using proper PPE
  • Must be able to wear gloves/finger cots and work under a microscope for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs
