What You'll Be Rockin' Every Day: Handle incoming & outgoing calls, emails, and online requests with confidence and class. Resolve customer issues like a pro-fast, friendly, and focused on one-call resolution. Dive deep into Northrim Bank's deposit products and services (don't worry, we train you well!). Support card services, digital banking, account maintenance, and more. Spot opportunities to make referrals and connect customers to even more awesome services. Keep detailed records and ensure every request is handled with accuracy and security. What Makes You a Great Fit: 2+ years of customer service, sales, or call center experience (bonus points for banking!)
