Location: Bridgewater Scheduled days/hours: Monday-Friday from 7:35 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. Qualifications: Minnesota Department of Teaching license in Emotional Behavior Disorders or Academic Behavior Specialist; multiple licenses preferred. Pay Rate/Range: NEA Agreement BA1 -$55,441 - MA40-$91,619. Base pay DOQ - Subject to change upon the settlement of the 25-27 NEA Agreement. Life/AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Coverage. 403 (b) Plan and District Match District Paid Life Insurance $1,000 National Stipends (if teacher has national certification as outlined in NEA Agreement) Deadline: Open until filled - (9/23/2025) EOE Job Summary: Under the direction of the Building Principal, the Licensed Teacher represents a broad grouping of diverse and different instructional positions responsible for developing lesson plans to present district curriculum in assigned instructional subjects; delivering and instructing students in lesson plans and instructional material; evaluating and assessing student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives. Licensed Teachers also participate and collaborate with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues and district learning initiatives, curriculum and building issues. Responsibilities: Develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the academic, functional, and behavioral needs of students who require special education services in an elementary school classroom for students with social/emotional behavior needs. Services may be provided in special education and general education settings. Evaluate and assess student academic, functional, and behavioral progress; Function as IEP Manager to assigned students and complete all due process requirements.
