Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Clinical Director to lead and support our clinical team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Clinical Supervisors. This role is centered on strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and program development, rather than direct supervision of front-line staff. The Clinical Director will play a key role in shaping the quality and consistency of services across school sites, ensuring fidelity to ABA principles and compliance with ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and Clinical Supervisors.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of ABA programs across school settings.
  • Ensure clinical quality and ethical standards are upheld in all service delivery.
  • Lead initiatives for clinical training, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical practices with organizational goals.
  • Support Clinical Supervisors in managing caseloads, staff performance, and client outcomes.
  • Review and approve behavior intervention plans and assessments.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration with school personnel, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor data collection systems and ensure accurate documentation of student progress.
  • Represent the clinical department in strategic planning, compliance reviews, and stakeholder meetings.


Qualifications

  • Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Preferred: 2+ years in a clinical leadership role supervising BCBAs or Clinical Supervisors.
  • Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and program development.
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor clinicians and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
