The Scrum Master is responsible for partnering with stakeholders from the business and across IT to scope and define requirements for various technical projects utilizing an agile development process. The Scrum Master will plan and facilitate scrum activities, including scrum of scrums, sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master will provide guidance and help remove impediments while working as a liaison between development teams and product management helping to ensure work is completed efficiently and on-time. Working Conditions Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen).
