Job Description

The Program Manager is a key resource in driving execution of strategic initiatives and programs for the El Camino Healthcare District's Population Health initiative and the Community Partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Appropriate priority setting, planning, and timely decision making
  • Facilitate high level, cross functional teams through projects, ensuring implementation runs smoothly and that gains are sustained and measured through data analysis and ongoing measurement of actionable performance data
  • Own vendor & partner implementation tracking and longer-term relationship management
  • Support leaders and teams in development of meaningful metrics and use of data to report on program outcomes and identify improvement opportunities in the project
  • Manage highly complex work across multiple workstreams
  • Demonstrate critical thinking for the who, what, and why for all PM-related communications, meetings, planning, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, social science, marketing or related field or equivalent education and training
  • Minimum two years of project management experience with a proven ability to independently lead project scoping, project plan development, and reporting.
  • Healthcare experience with knowledge of population health, public health, or community health operations strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Outlook.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to do data analysis, report writing, and update/change/make project plans.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and in situations.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with widely diverse groups, including individuals at all levels both within and outside the organization and to gain their cooperation.
  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities and work effectively in a team or independent setting.

Salary Range:

$49.87 - $74.81 USD Hourly
