Overview

This position is responsible for the client set-up, maintenance, and closure of Treasury Management Products and Services including but not limited to the set up and administration of: Business eBanking, Business ACH/Wire Modules, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Collateral Allocation, Lockbox, and other Treasury Management (TM) Products. This position includes supporting internal and/or external clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Specific Responsibilities

  • Reviews incoming implementation requests, prepare product documentation and regulatory agreements, and acquire signature(s) of authorized company signer(s) for new and maintenance requests for Deposit Accounts and TM Products and Services.
  • Facilitates implementation kick-off calls with new target-market clients to set expectations around the implementation process and answer questions the client may have regarding the process.
  • Oversees end to end implementation of all new setups and maintenance requests including the configuration of setups in system applications and managing internal/external third parties that perform setup activities to deliver TM Products and Services to commercial clients within the established SLA (Service Level Agreement) while maintaining and elevated level of accuracy.
  • Resolves issues and effectively communicated delays in the onboarding process, update workflow status and maintain transparent communication with Sales Team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to assist internal JFG associates with onboarding questions related to business deposits and TM Products and Services.
  • Initiate request for customer training from the TM Training Specialist following setup completion and/or pushes welcome email(s) to client once setup/maintenance is complete.
  • Responsible for execution of exceptions pricing and monthly billing for all commercial TM clients through Extended Account Analysis (XAA) maintenance.
  • Serves as level two technical support for the most complex TM service issues. Partner with other departments to research and solve operational system, and training issues as necessary.
  • Participates in internal/external audits, risk review assessments, and disaster recovery testing as it relates to TM Products and Services.
  • Participates in educational opportunities including review of product upgrades, product enhancements, and participation of other training as offered to remain current in roll requirements.
  • Participates in departmental and corporate projects or initiates to ensure understanding and translate the impact project in relation to the of the TM Implementations Specialist team through communication and procedural updates.

Job Requirements

  • Strong customer focus and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external customers which may include: In Person, Phone, Email, Written Documents, and Internal IM.
  • Ability to troubleshoot TM Products and Services to determine root cause of an issue and provide a solution.
  • Collaboration with team members, line of business partners, and management regarding critical matters and decisions.
  • Relevant implementation or documentation experience in banking or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams required.
  • HS Diploma Required.
