Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• As a Cable Inspection Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our cable products.
• You'll use your expertise to inspect cables, identify non-conformances, and work with our team to resolve quality issues.
• Inspect cables using predetermined methods, operations, and specifications.
• Use measuring devices like dial indicators, preset micrometres, and scales.
• Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
• Work from blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, and inspection instructions.
• Monitor and verify quality per statistical process or other control procedures.
• Communicate effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management to resolve quality issues.
• Perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas as needed.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in soldered and crimp cable inspection using IPC-A-620 standards.
• Minimum 2 years of inspection experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Operations, Blueprint Reading, IPC-WHMA-A-620, Visual Inspection, Wireharness Print Reading.

• Your attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment will make you a valuable asset to our organisation.
• Ability to interface with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers, and management.
• Good background in the manufacturing process of cable inspections.
• Has the willingness and ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas as needed.
• Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.
• A team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers and management when resolving quality issues.
