We are seeking a Change and Communications Leader who will drive EisnerAmper's AI transformation by leading strategic change enablement and communications initiatives across the firm. This role is pivotal in fostering adoption, engagement, and understanding of EisnerAI tools and programs. The leader will design and execute communication campaigns, develop enablement assets, and partner with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and impactful AI rollout.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Own and evolve the EisnerAI Change Enablement strategy, aligning stakeholders on timing, value, and sequencing.

  • Design and oversee user feedback processes for AI tools and programs.

  • Develop and manage enablement roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.

  • Lead EisnerAI communications campaigns including Activate, Entice, and Launch.

  • Tailor messaging to varied AI personas (e.g., Lost Lucy, Curious Kenan, Savvy Simone).

  • Create and manage branded assets, newsletters, SharePoint sites, and Viva Engage posts.

  • Ensure transparent, frequent, and audience-specific messaging across multiple channels.

  • Launch and manage the AI Champion Network and AI Community calendar.

  • Facilitate monthly AI Community meetings and engagement sessions.

  • Build feedback loops and recognition programs to sustain momentum.

  • Partner with AI Coaches and Learning Leads to support AI Learning Tracks and workshops.

  • Align communications with training initiatives and learning journeys.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.

  • 10+ years in change management, communications, or organizational development. At least 3+ years of AI change management.

Preferred/Desired Skills:
  • Master's degree preferred (MBA, Organizational Psychology, or similar).

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

  • Experience in professional services or technology-driven environments preferred.

  • Strategic communications planning and execution.

  • Stakeholder engagement and facilitation.

  • Familiarity with AI adoption and enablement principles.

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and branding capabilities.
