Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator serves a vital role in supporting and optimizing key HR functions across the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, facilitating onboarding processes, assisting with payroll administration, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, the HR Coordinator provides essential administrative support across a broad spectrum of HR activities. Functioning as a liaison between employees, payroll, and other internal stakeholders, this role ensures the efficient and timely processing of HR-related information while effectively addressing employee questions and concerns. Strong performance in this role supports accurate data reporting, seamless payroll execution, and the promotion of positive employee relations. Key responsibilities also include maintaining comprehensive employee records, managing document filing systems, and ensuring precise data entry within the HRIS platform.
