JubilantRadiopharmaisseekingadynamicandresults-drivenNuclearSalesManagertoleadsaleseffortsacrossadual-marketterritory.Thisroleisresponsibleformanagingandexpandingbusinessinestablishedmetropolitanareaswithexistingpharmacyoperations,whilealsodrivingstrategicgrowthinnewmarketswherepharmaciesarescheduledtolaunchwithinthenextsixmonths.Theidealcandidatewillbringablendofstrategicforesight,customer-centricsalesexecution,andapassionforadvancingnuclearmedicine.
KeyResponsibilities:
- TerritoryManagement:Manageandgrowsaleswithinestablishedmetromarketsbystrengtheningcustomerrelationships,identifyingnewopportunities,andmaximizingtheperformanceofexistingpharmacyoperations.
- MarketExpansion:Leadgo-to-marketstrategiesinemergingterritories,buildingearlycustomerengagementandsupportingthesuccessfullaunchofnewpharmacylocations.
- SalesStrategy&Execution:Developandimplementterritory-specificsalesplansalignedwithregionalandnationalbusinessgoals.Regularlyupdateplansbasedonmarketdynamicsandperformancemetrics.
- CustomerEngagement:Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersincludingnuclearmedicineprofessionals,hospitaladministrators,andprocurementteams.
- ContractNegotiation:Leadthedevelopment,negotiation,andclosureofnewandrenewalcontracts,ensuringalignmentwithcompanyobjectivesandcustomerneeds.
- Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Partnerwithoperations,marketing,andpharmacyleadershiptoensureseamlessintegrationofnewsitesandconsistentcustomerexperienceacrosstheterritory.
- MarketIntelligence:Monitorcompetitiveactivity,customertrends,andmarketdevelopmentstoinformstrategicplanningandidentifynewgrowthopportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,NuclearMedicine,PharmacyorLifeSciencesrelatedfieldrequired.
- Minimumof3yearsofexperienceinmedicalsales,preferablywithintheradiopharmaceuticalornuclearmedicineindustry.
- Proventrackrecordofexceedingsalestargetsandsuccessfullylaunchingnewmarketsorproducts.
- Strongnegotiation,communication,andpresentationskills.
- Abilitytothriveinafast-paced,evolvingenvironmentwithahighdegreeofautonomy.
- Willingnesstotravelwithintheassignedterritory;70%(3-4daysinfield).
