KeyResponsibilities:

  • TerritoryManagement:Manageandgrowsaleswithinestablishedmetromarketsbystrengtheningcustomerrelationships,identifyingnewopportunities,andmaximizingtheperformanceofexistingpharmacyoperations.
  • MarketExpansion:Leadgo-to-marketstrategiesinemergingterritories,buildingearlycustomerengagementandsupportingthesuccessfullaunchofnewpharmacylocations.
  • SalesStrategy&Execution:Developandimplementterritory-specificsalesplansalignedwithregionalandnationalbusinessgoals.Regularlyupdateplansbasedonmarketdynamicsandperformancemetrics.
  • CustomerEngagement:Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersincludingnuclearmedicineprofessionals,hospitaladministrators,andprocurementteams.
  • ContractNegotiation:Leadthedevelopment,negotiation,andclosureofnewandrenewalcontracts,ensuringalignmentwithcompanyobjectivesandcustomerneeds.
  • Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Partnerwithoperations,marketing,andpharmacyleadershiptoensureseamlessintegrationofnewsitesandconsistentcustomerexperienceacrosstheterritory.
  • MarketIntelligence:Monitorcompetitiveactivity,customertrends,andmarketdevelopmentstoinformstrategicplanningandidentifynewgrowthopportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,NuclearMedicine,PharmacyorLifeSciencesrelatedfieldrequired.
  • Minimumof3yearsofexperienceinmedicalsales,preferablywithintheradiopharmaceuticalornuclearmedicineindustry.
  • Proventrackrecordofexceedingsalestargetsandsuccessfullylaunchingnewmarketsorproducts.
  • Strongnegotiation,communication,andpresentationskills.
  • Abilitytothriveinafast-paced,evolvingenvironmentwithahighdegreeofautonomy.
  • Willingnesstotravelwithintheassignedterritory;70%(3-4daysinfield).
