ROLE SUMMARY: To continue our rapid growth, Quanterix is seeking a talented and highly motivated Vice President, Operations to join our leadership team. This critical role will lead our Operations, Supply Chain and Facilities/Safety organizations, encompassing Procurement, Planning, Warehousing/Inventory Control, Global Logistics, up and downstream manufacturing, kitting, technical operations & product transfer. The VP, Operations will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and play a key role in shaping and scaling our operational capabilities. This is a highly visible role that will collaborate across all functions and product lines to ensure operational excellence, uninterrupted supply, and enterprise-level scalability to meet evolving business needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field required; advanced degree or MBA preferred. 20+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare sector. 10+ years of proven management experience, including leadership of broad teams in complex or regulated environments. Professional certifications such as APICS, ISM, or CSCMP are a plus. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven track record of executive-level leadership in Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, ideally within a regulated life sciences environment (Syteline experience preferred). Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies for sourcing, logistics, and supply planning within a global framework. Ability to lead large, matrixed teams and drive cross-functional alignment across a dynamic and fast-paced organization. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to present operational performance and strategy to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders. Strong understanding of outsourcing processes, purchasing standards, QA, legal, and finance policies. Familiarity with cold chain distribution and global logistics practices is highly desirable.
