The Client Solutions & Content Marketing Intern provides support to the marketing team by assisting both advertiser-facing initiatives and audience-focused strategies. This position works with the Client Solutions team to develop sales materials, conduct industry research, and support campaign planning that helps account executives serve advertisers effectively. The Client Solutions & Content Marketing Intern collaborates with the marketing team to create and schedule digital content, track performance metrics, and identify new engagement opportunities to grow audience visibility, website traffic, social media followers, and newsletter subscriptions. Through this combined support, the intern helps drive advertiser satisfaction, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to overall revenue growth.



Responsibilities:


Client Solutions:



  • Assist the Client Solutions team in creating B2B sales and marketing materials (decks, one-sheets, proposals, recaps) used by account executives in client presentations.
  • Conduct research on advertiser categories, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform sales pitches and campaign recommendations.
  • Support branded content planning by gathering campaign examples, creative concepts, and case studies to share with advertisers.
  • Contribute to outreach efforts by compiling prospecting lists, drafting marketing emails, and preparing advertiser updates.
  • Provide project coordination to ensure timely delivery of client campaigns in partnership with the Client Solutions team.


Content Marketing



  • Draft and maintain content calendars for digital platforms and social media channels, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Assist in publishing and scheduling posts across newsletters and social platforms to grow audience reach and engagement.
  • Monitor performance of content campaigns, compile analytics, and share insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Research and recommend emerging social media trends, viral content formats, and new platform features that can increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Brainstorm and help develop creative concepts that strengthen audience connection to content.


Project Management



  • Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal check-ins across cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, client solutions, editorial, events).
  • Maintain documentation, task lists, and campaign trackers to support project progress and accountability.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between departments to streamline workflows and ensure efficient execution of projects.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:



  • Actively pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree, or still within six months of graduation by the internship start date
  • Demonstrated strength in research, design, and communication
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Skilled at working collaboratively and adapting in a team environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks under pressure while producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • Brings a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to taking on new challenges
  • Capable of managing time effectively and maintaining focus in both remote and in-person settings


Preferred Requirements:



  • Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience interning in media or marketing and/or working on a school publication.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in media, marketing, or another relevant field.

The pay scale the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting is $18,00 and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and other business or organizational needs. Compensation will be determined based on the above factors along with the requirements of the position. At the L.A.
