- The Procurement Specialist is responsible for leading strategy development and the Procure to Pay (P2P) end-to-end process for assigned Indirect Procurement categories that are critical to supporting business operations across multiple business groups and global locations.
- Support existing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and mitigate sourcing risks for assigned Indirect Procurement categories.
- Proactively manage supplier relationships by setting clear expectations, monitoring compliance with contractual agreements, driving continuous performance improvements, and collaboratively resolving issues to ensure reliable supply and optimal cost-efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functions and business groups to gather requirements and collaborate on procurement strategies.
- In collaboration with Contracts and Legal, prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end process to acquire goods and services.
- It encompasses requisition, sourcing, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing and payment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with strategic and most critical vendors.
- Manage vendor performance, manage risk, lead business reviews, identify, develop, and execute opportunities to create value.
- Track and analyze procurement performance metrics to ensure category targets are met and continuously drive improvements.
- Prepare and communicate category strategies, sourcing plans, progress updates, KPIs, and market insights to key stakeholders.
- Lead and support procurement projects.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years of sourcing and procurement experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing strategy execution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creation and negotiation of global vendor agreements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement including vendor management.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's Degree and Professional Certifications in Business or Purchasing or Supply Chain.
- Procurement experience in Indirect categories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Proven capability in working collaboratively within a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment.
