Position Summary: The Omnify Relationship Manager-Officer serves as a primary point of contact for the Omnify department, ensuring exceptional service and support for our corporate clients. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experience. The Relationship Manager possesses a strong knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements and demonstrates excellent communication skills Expertise includes all aspects of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Dependent Care Accounts, Lifestyle and Wellness Accounts, and COBRA administration.

This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines up to one day per week upon completion of onboarding.

Essential Functions:



  • Serve as a primary contact for the Omnify department.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing employers, brokers, and centers of influence.
  • Meet with customers or prospects to identify needs, propose appropriate employee benefit products and provide outstanding high touch customer service to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Create customized education presentations, programs, and materials for corporate clients and their employees.
  • Facilitate presentations about Omnify products and services to clients and educate employees on the benefits of their benefits.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, special mailings, documentation, and promotional information.
  • Represent the bank at conferences, trade shows, community organizations, community involvement and special marketing efforts to actively market employee benefits.
  • Assist with the development and ongoing oversight of the policies and procedures of the department. Participate in the development and implementation of approved policies and procedures for the Omnify team.
  • Contribute to the bank's growth strategies and goals by generating additional revenue by adding new clients, cross-selling additional products and services, and making referrals to other bank departments.
  • Keep informed on what the competition is offering to ensure the bank's product is competitive and advantageous.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and regulatory changes, particularly ERISA, HIPAA, IRS.
  • Work with legal documents, including Section 125 plan documents, amendments, agreements, and proposal requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide back up to Operations with documentation, transaction processing, and ongoing support for customer issues through phone calls and on-site visits. Provide timely and effective support in resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience and adherence to established service standards.
  • Provide flexible support to team members as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment and ensuring continuity of operations during peak periods, absences, or shifting priorities.
  • Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
  • Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
  • At least 5 years of relationship management and customer service skills required.
  • At least 5 years Human Resource employee benefits and/or broker benefits experience required.
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated professional presence in communicating one on one and in giving group presentations.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefit products, regulations and rules preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, existing bank software preferred or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Valid Nebraska driver's license.

Working Environment:

Indoor work not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards.

Sedentary work, occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 20 pounds.
