Senior HCV Program Advisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level consultation on HCV program operations, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead quality control initiatives to ensure adherence to HUD requirements and industry best practices.

• Guide and support internal teams and client staff through complex case scenarios, audits, and program reviews.

• Develop and deliver training on HCV rules, procedures, and systems to enhance staff performance and program consistency.

• Assist in the interpretation and application of HUD regulations, notices, and updates.

• Analyze program performance data to identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop strategies that optimize program outcomes and service delivery.

• Support new program startups, transitions, or corrective action plans as needed.

Preferred Skillset:

• Extensive knowledge of HCV regulations, HUD handbooks, and EIV systems.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or advising large-scale HCV programs.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housing management software (e.g., Yardi, Elite, Emphasys).
