What this job involves:

As a Packaging Coordinator specializing in packaging and graphics at JLL, you will provide day-to-day client support while serving as a critical liaison between clients and JLL teams. This role combines client relationship management with technical expertise in the graphic arts and printing industry, requiring you to maintain project status tracking, resolve customer issues, and support business growth initiatives. You'll work closely with Business Unit Managers and client sourcing teams to deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings, all while representing JLL's commitment to excellence and positive client relationships.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day client support and review project status with Business Unit Manager as necessary
  • Act as primary liaison between client and JLL, attending client meetings for project kick-offs and ongoing coordination
  • Assist with process management and maintain/create in-progress status tracking reports for business operations
  • Resolve issues requiring customer contact about specific projects with strong problem-solving approach
  • Work closely with client Sourcing Team and assist with projects as needed throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist Business Unit Manager and client on special continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives
  • Communicate positive attitude with customers and internally with co-workers as positive JLL representative
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two-year degree or equivalent experience in graphic arts/printing industry
  • Understanding of offset, flexo, and gravure packaging requirements with ability to speak to strengths and limitations
  • Understanding of die lines and product packaging formats
  • Strong communication and people skills for effective client interaction
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and software including Adobe products, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and maintain positive client relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development support
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and cost savings initiatives
  • Experience with project status tracking and reporting systems
  • Background in packaging design and production processes
  • Understanding of printing industry trends and technologies
  • Experience working with sourcing teams and procurement processes
