Job Summary
The Senior Director, Revenue and Operations Analytics and Reporting will lead a team of sales, marketing, and operations analysts. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and running effective sales, marketing, and operations processes, tools, and reporting that drive consistent, predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency. Working as a part of the Revenue organization, the role will work closely with Go-To-Market, Finance, Sales and Operations Excellence, Marketing, Product, and other functions.

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and operations strategies to support Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Lead a team of sales, marketing, and operations analysts. Develop and performance manage team members to achieve a highly effective team.
  • Lead the sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue projections.
  • Monitor and provide commentary on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to ensure visibility into revenue performance and pace. Achieve high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's forecasting efforts.
  • Design, implement, and optimize seller capacity models, territory design and account planning processes.
  • Monitor channels and campaigns, customer and user acquisition cost, LTV, lead routing, and support the B2B and B2C marketing teams.
  • Analyze performance, productivity, demand, and delivery data to support coaching and performance management efforts carried out by sales leaders.
  • Develop KPIs and provide actionable insights and strategies to the sales, marketing, and operations teams and business leaders. Own the data content in our client CRM.
  • Identify and work to resolve governance gaps including data cleanliness.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes ensuring the sales and marketing teams have the necessary tooling, knowledge, and resources to maximize sales effectiveness and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Sales and Operations Excellence, Salesforce admin and development, BI, IT, Finance, HR, and other functions to achieve the responsibilities of the role.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to design comprehensive training programs for the sales force.
  • Oversee the implementation of critical revenue and GTM initiatives including tool selection, process harmonization, and business integration.
  • Embrace change and champion strategies and programs. Involvement with other special planning projects as needed.


Preferred Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Engineering, Economics, Public or Business Administration, or related
    fields, or 7+ years of related experience in a qualifying position-related field



Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring)



  • Five (5) plus years of progressive full-time, recent position-related experience in sales operations, marketing operations, analytics, or related experience.
  • Staffing Industry experience is a plus
  • Five (5) plus years of experience with Salesforce. Preferred Salesforce reporting builder experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor peers and staff members.
  • Ability to keep track of responsibilities and complete them in a timely manner; high standards for and focus on doing error-free work.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply business financial knowledge to support growth and to provide meaningful analytics.
  • Ability to create and operationalize new team wide systems / processes for fast-scaling organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both with staff and with learners.
  • Communication, collaboration, and a can-do attitude aligned with a personal drive to continuously learn and grow.
  • Resourcefulness, agility, and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly changing environments, including eagerness to wear multiple hats as needed and to help shape our start-up's future.
  • Experience working with data to drive revenue, craft and execute sales strategy and operationalize decisions in fast growing start-up.
  • Natural problem solver and analytical thinker to translate data into action.
  • Ability to manage resources and prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.



The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $175,000 to $195,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
