We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor for our Sellersville Location to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our oncology practices operate at the highest level. You will work closely with practice management to support key operational projects, implement best practices, and maintain exceptional standards of care across multiple sites. This is a dynamic role where you will be instrumental in shaping our clinical operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities - under the direction of the Clinical Manager
  • Clinical Operations & Quality: Ensure all clinical operations and practices align with organizational objectives and community standards of care. Overseeing daily assignments, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality care. Assisting with assessments, treatments and responding to patient needs directly.
  • Staff Development: Assess workflows to optimize patient flow and efficiency.
  • Best Practices: Facilitate the implementation of standardized best practices.
  • Project Management: Support a variety of operational projects as assigned, from site Quality Committees to other special initiatives.
Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or another clinical field is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an oncology practice or clinic setting is preferred. Charge Nurse or other leadership experience preferred experience.
  • Certifications: You must hold a current state license for your clinical background and be CPR Oncology certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, specifically IV and port access, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to promote a team environment.
Working Conditions

This is a traditional office environment with frequent travel by car between our multi-site service areas. The role requires extensive computer-based work, but may also involve a full range of body motion, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 40 lbs.
