Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (DWT) is seeking applicants for a paid 2L Diversity Law Clerk in the Food + Beverage industry group for the Spring 2026 term of the student's academic year. This is a remote position with the potential to travel to DWT's Portland office at some point during the clerkship. The law clerk will report to DWT's Food + Beverage partners and associates, and we will work with them to accommodate their academic schedule. The hourly salary for this position is $40.00/hour. Our Food + Beverage group provides seamless legal services to leading-edge food, beverage, and agriculture businesses across a wide spectrum of areas of expertise including food and alcohol regulatory, antitrust, business and corporate, employment, food safety, venture capital financing, land use and real property, supply chain and intellectual property. Our clients include emerging food brands, large and small food and alcohol manufacturers, and agriculture businesses including fruit growers and milk producers.
