We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Raleigh office as our Main Office Administrator. As the Main Office Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our growing Raleigh office. In addition to office logistics, you'll be responsible for maintaining office equipment and ensuring the timely delivery of essential services like janitorial, pest control, and maintenance. Keeping our workspace organized and efficient will be a key focus, including managing supply inventories and coordinating the upkeep of shared spaces like the mailroom and kitchen. Your role will extend beyond routine tasks, as you may be asked to assist Project Managers or Senior Administrators with administrative projects, and serve as the first point of contact for new employees. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as you'll need to juggle multiple priorities and respond to new challenges as they arise. We're looking for someone who can think critically, anticipate needs, and find creative solutions to ensure our Raleigh Office runs smoothly and efficiently. YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE:
