As a Solutions Engineer III you will:
Provide Technology Leadership and End-to-End Solution Ownership. Under limited supervision, lead and personally contribute to solution delivery through SDLC activities (analysis, development, testing, deployment, support, etc.) for one or more PCS Applications. Design robust data integrations across internal and third-party financial applications, with sharp analytical mindset to uncover patterns, diagnose issues and drive insights from complex datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PCS Wealth Advisors, Client Relationship Team, Middle Office, Operational teams and broader CG IT teams) to define, design, and ship new product features and experiences. Identify opportunities where we can leverage GenAI and deliver customer-ready features with engineering excellence that stands up to rigorous quality standards. Provide oversight to ensure applications operate at expected service levels, proactively mitigate risks, and address issues promptly You'll work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production Be able, and willing, to multi-task and learn new technology and business capabilities quickly Be ready to jump in on fast-turnaround product requests for high value customers

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with a Bachelor's degree or more Proficiencies in one or more: Python, .NET; Strong SQL (Postgres or equivalent). Experienced with cloud native development (AWS / Azure). Experience working in Wealth Management and/or Asset Management domain with hands on experience on FinTech platforms like Pershing (e.g., NetX360 / Wove), CRD, Blackrock Aladdin, Advent APX/BlackDiamond, Addepar, Orion, etc. Working knowledge of AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, conducting code reviews, and creating design documentation. Developed robust and scalable backend applications and/or APIs. Designed, built, and optimized data pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from various sources. Strong OO and functional design skills with a grasp of common design patterns. Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and experience with relational, graph, and non-relational databases, SQL. Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high emotional intelligence. Strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team Experienced in working collaboratively within an agile team, including test-driven development. Possesses a track record of successfully delivering enterprise-grade software into production.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience working with SaaS products like Salesforce, Appian, Seismic, etc., Experience working with Data Analysis and Reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx Experience building and monitoring cloud solutions with AWS.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $121,652-$194,643
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
