We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Manager to lead our Salesforce CRM Engineering Services team. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving innovation, mentoring talent, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support enterprise-wide digital transformation.

What you'll be doing

Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Technical Strategy & Architecture Define and drive the technical roadmap for our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards. Champion best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Project & Lifecycle Management Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects-from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-launch support-while collaborating with business analysts, product owners, and IT teams.

Governance & Optimization Ensure the security, performance, and maintainability of the Salesforce environment through governance models, code reviews, and continuous learning aligned with Salesforce releases.

Technical Expertise & Problem Solving Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving complex technical challenges, conducting assessments, and driving process optimization and workflow automation.

Innovation & Platform Optimization Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities using Salesforce-native features, AppExchange solutions, and forward-looking architectural patterns.

Global Program Leadership Lead large-scale, multi-geo Salesforce initiatives, coordinating with third-party vendors and global teams to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.

Strategic Partnership & Visioning Partner with senior leadership and enterprise architects to shape long-term Salesforce vision and investment priorities that support broader digital transformation goals.

What you will need to be successful

    10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 5 years in Salesforce engineering leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform governance, security, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated success managing full project lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with global program execution and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred.

Salary Range

$127,000.00 To $165,000.00 / year
