Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Electric Operations Construction Management is responsible for the construction, project and contract management of PG&E's electric distribution overhead and underground facilities. Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to supervise our Central Reporting team, which plays a critical role in managing reporting for electric capital construction and maintenance projects across our service territory. This team includes Data Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers, DBAs, and Visualization Designers. As Supervisor, you will lead the centralization and oversight of data and reporting functions across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain scalable reporting systems that ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of information. You will champion data governance with best practices and drive the development of unified reporting frameworks that support timely, informed decision-making. This role is pivotal in enhancing organizational affordability, reducing redundancy, and maximizing the value of our data assets. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align reporting efforts with strategic goals and ensure that data insights are actionable and impactful. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, and geographic location.
