The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supporting the delivery of effective training programs across the organization. This role ensures that all training logistics, schedules, and materials are prepared and aligned with organizational learning objectives. The Training Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining training records, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting instructional staff and participants to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.



  • In coordination with the Director of Training, plans, develops, schedules, and organizes initial, recurrent, and any other training sessions needed for employees.
  • Maintains and updates corporate training calendar, ensuring timely communication of sessions to participants.
  • Coordinates with staff and supervisors to confirm attendance and arrange any necessary accommodation for in-person training sessions.
  • Coordinates and manages catering for in-person training sessions and small events.


Responsible for managing training materials, including handouts and manuals, to ensure materials are up to date, accurate, and available in sufficient quantities. In coordination with the Director or designee, creates, updates, and organizes training materials-including



  • presentations, handouts, and manuals- to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with training goals.
  • Maintains training records for in-person, virtual, and online LMS trainings.
  • Manages and updates the Training Needs Assessment as directed by the Director of Training and the Training Governance Committee.
  • Responsible for note taking for meetings and supporting deadlines.
  • Supports training course audits, as needed.
  • Supports Didlake Internship Program, in coordination with Training team


Support facilitation of training courses, as needed.
