Associate Fabricator
workers prepare and position parts, ensure parts fit within our tolerances,
utilize computer aided design CAD drawings and 1:1's to verify all chair
dimensions prior to weld, while following applicable work instructions and
processes set in place.

Key Tasks
Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.
Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
Ensuring all the required parts for assembly are present.
Marking cutting lines on material.
Reporting and detailing product malfunctions.
Typically, assignments are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
Maintain a clean, safe work area, and awareness of surroundings.
Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.
Support all quality, safety, and environmental programs.
Basic understanding reading CAD file blueprints and 1:1's.
Fabricate and assemble parts according to work instructions for all work assignments.
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Other duties and responsibilities may change from time to time.

Your Background
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
0-2 years of experience.
Proficiency in the English language (written and oral)
Basic math skills.
Typically requires a general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
