Intrepid has a near term need for an Army Force Development Operations Research Systems Analyst. #MC Responsibilities The Force Development Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) applies advanced data science, statistical modeling, and operations research techniques to enhance Army G-8 force development, acquisition, and modernization initiatives. This role designs and employs predictive models, performs readiness and resourcing analyses, and utilizes tools such as SAS, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI to generate actionable insights. Collaborating with Army leaders and cross-functional teams, the analyst develops decision-ready products, validates requirements, and ensures modernization strategies remain aligned with Army priorities-driving effective resource allocation and strengthening operational readiness.
