We are seeking an experienced Director, GTM Enablement to be a key business partner to our global GTM organization and prioritize the success of our GTM teams through extraordinary enablement.

This role will report to our VP of GTM Enablement, direct a team of Sales Enablement leaders aligned to each geo, and drive the execution of GTM onboarding, training programs, and a variety of learning journeys to support our Account Executives and GTM roles. This individual will be part of the GTM Operations senior leadership team and be a key leader within the GTM organization.

In collaboration with the GTM Leadership, you will deliver differentiated enablement by:



  • Developing and driving a best-in-class GTM enablement program, anchored around our ambitious 3-year Business and GTM strategy and transformation.
  • Understanding key business requirements and strategies across different industries and segments to determine impact and value through Enablement Programs
  • Aligning the business needs to specific Enablement Programs from Onboarding to role-based Learning Journeys as key driver for employee success, continuous learning, and internal career growth
  • Delivering high quality Enablement Programs that cover sales and GTM operational excellence, tools, and processes that increase performance; specific soft and business skills; and product and industry knowledge to drive the development and discernment of our salespeople


About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement to lead our dynamic team of Learning Business Partners. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that equips our entire GTM organization with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Team You'll Lead

As Director, you will lead a team of Learning Business Partners (LBPs) who act as the primary enablement engine for our GTM organization. You will be responsible for coaching them to excel in their core functions, which include:



  • Strategic Business Partnership:Serving as a trusted partner to field leadership, conducting needs analysis to identify critical learning and development gaps.
  • Expert Training Delivery:Delivering dynamic and effective training sessions, including Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and in-person Instructor-Led Training (ILT), customized for their assigned roles and regions.
  • Collaborative Program Development:Partnering with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to architect and build comprehensive training programs delivered across multiple modalities.
  • Content and Reinforcement:Providing clear requirements to Instructional Designers for creating supporting assets and referenceable content that ensures learning is retained and applied post-training.
  • Onboarding and Accountability:Supporting the onboarding lead by tracking program progress and communicating with field leadership to ensure high completion rates and immediate value for new hires.



Director Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to create the strategy, environment, and cross-functional alignment that enables your team of LBPs to succeed.



  • Executive Leadership and Team Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Learning Business Partners. Coach them to become effective strategic consultants and expert facilitators.
  • Holistic Enablement Strategy:Design and execute a holistic GTM enablement strategy aligned with top-level business objectives. Guide your team's partnership with field leaders to ensure enablement efforts are prioritized and impactful.
  • Orchestrate Content Lifecycle:Oversee the entire content development lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between your LBPs, Program Managers, and Instructional Designers to build comprehensive, multi-modal learning journeys-from initial training to post-program reinforcement.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:Serve as a critical link between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive GTM motion and consistent value messaging across the entire customer journey.
  • Measure and Communicate Impact:Establish and manage the metrics (KPIs) and reporting cadences to measure the business impact of all enablement programs. Empower your team to communicate progress and completion to drive accountability with field leadership.



Qualifications



  • Experience:10+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or a related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Leadership:At least 4 years of experience directly managing and developing enablement or learning professionals.
  • Strategic Vision:Proven ability to translate business goals into a cohesive and measurable enablement strategy. Experience creating processes that enable a team to scale and execute effectively.
  • Collaboration:Exceptional ability to influence and align with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Skills:


    • Deep understanding of modern learning principles and the roles of business partners, program managers, and instructional designers.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Challenger Sale) and sales processes.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic adjustments.
    • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS, and other enablement technologies.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.


Base Salary Range:
$233,000 $314,000 USD
