If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a company that values your experience, apply today and drive your career forward! *Key Responsibilities:* * Evaluate, investigate, and process mechanical claims using your in-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanics. * Communicate via phone and email with vehicle owners, dealerships, and repair facilities to resolve claim-related inquiries. * Provide empathetic and professional customer service while guiding callers through the claims process. * Maintain accurate electronic records using company-specific systems. * Collaborate with team members to uphold standards of honesty, fairness, and excellence. *Call Types You'll Handle:* * *Dealership Inquiries* - Determine warranty coverage for vehicle repairs using provided guidelines. * *Customer Questions* - Explain claim decisions and next steps. * *Repair Guidance* - Advise customers on how to initiate a claim and get a repair quote. *Qualifications:* * Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or in a related field. * Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment. * High school diploma or GED required. * ASE certification is a plus. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. *Additional Considerations:* * Must be willing to travel for a 2-week onboarding training. * Occasional Saturday shifts required. * A high-speed home internet connection and quiet workspace are necessary for remote/hybrid schedules. * Experience with labor guides (e.g., AllData) and scan tools is a plus. *Interview Topics May Include:* * Automotive/mechanical experience and specific parts worked on * Experience with scan tools and labor guides * Handling challenging customer interactions * Situational customer service examples *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
